MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH TEACHER EDUCATION
The Master of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Program (S2 PGMI) is a program that organizes education and teaching, research, and community service with Islamic values. The Master of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) program leads students to become professionals as educators as well as researchers and developers of Islamic basic education who have spiritual depth, nobility of character, breadth of knowledge, and professional maturity. Mastery of Islamic Basic Education insights, including scientific mastery and learning substance of 5 (five) main subjects of SD / MI and mastery of insight into the learning substance of one of the main subjects of SD / MI is the focus of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Master Program (PGMI).
The legal basis for the establishment of this study program is the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 387 Th. 2004 dated October 08, 2008 jo: 387 Th. 2004 Dated October 08, 2008 jo. Decree of the Director General of Islamic Institutions No. DJ. I/358/2008 Dated October 08, 2008.

VISION
To become a scientific developer of Islamic basic education (MI / SD) by integrating Science and Islam to solve problems through research and development of inter or multidisciplinary approaches that are recognized nationally and / or internationally.
MISSION
- Producing graduates in the scientific field of Islamic basic education through education and learning activities that integrate Science and Islam through a scientific approach by optimizing the use of ICT developments.
- Produce scientific work as a source of learning development, community service and scientific publications that are recognized nationally and / or internationally.
- Producing community service work through the application of research results to make educational and learning practices in MI / SD or other formal / non-formal educational institutions more effective.
GOALS
- Providing wider access to master's education in madrasah ibtidaiyah teacher education to the community.
- Providing a master's degree in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher education that is superior and professional to meet the needs of the community.
