The implementation of the Islamic Family Law Doctoral Program (S3 HKI) Postgraduate UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is based on the view that future-oriented education is education which in its implementation always considers developments that will occur in the future, especially those related to scientific developments in the field of Islamic Family Law.
This IPR S3 study program has 4 points of uniqueness. First, this program upholds the spirit and attitude of religious moderation. Second, it has a direction of study that focuses on Nusantara Islamic Family Law. Third, this study program emphasizes epistemological expertise with the Ushul Fiqh and Social Anthropology approaches with dialectical integrative patterns. Finally, graduates of this study program become Islamic Family Law experts with archipelago insight.
