On the second day, new students of the Postgraduate Program of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year returned to participate in a series of orientation activities, namely the orientation of the Study Program. There are 9 Master of Arabic Language and Literature students in this even semester who come from various regions in the archipelago.
Some students are graduates of the BSA program at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and some come from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, and a campus in Tasikmalaya.
In this session, students were introduced to the managers of the study program, namely Prof. Dr. Wildana Wargadinata, Lc., M.Ag, and Secretary of the Study Program Dr. Laily Fitriani, M.Pd.
Furthermore, students get to know the vision and mission of the study program, curriculum structure, various courses taught along with information about the technicalities of what students have to do during lectures, such as writing journal articles and other lecturer assignments. This is done as an effort to provide maximum understanding of the department. (LF)
