The Master of Islamic Education (S2 PAI) program is an Islamic education and education program that builds the competence of graduates as educators in undergraduate programs and or educators in primary and secondary education who have spiritual depth, nobility of character, breadth of knowledge, and professional maturity. Reliable researchers in the field of religious education and Islamic religion, professional developers in the field of Islamic religious education, consultants in the development of Islamic religious education, enterpreneur Islamic religious education are some of the student competencies that are the focus of the Master of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Program.

VISION
As the leading Master Program in Islamic Religious Education in Islamic Higher Education, which through education and teaching activities, research and community service is able to produce Islamic Religious Educators at tertiary institutions in various pathways and levels of education, especially in the S-1 program in accordance with the demands of the development and needs of society, and has the strength of aqidah, spiritual depth, moral majesty, breadth of knowledge and professional maturity.
MISSION
- Organizing superior and quality education and teaching in terms of Islamic Religious Education in accordance with the demands of development and community needs.
- Organizing research-based education and teaching (master by research) so as to produce thinkers, inventors and developers in terms of Islamic Religious Education.
- Developing community service programs that are more proactive and anticipatory in facing and solving Islamic education problems, especially in terms of Islamic Religious Education.
- Develop a network of cooperation / partnerships with other universities both at home and abroad, and the user community of graduates of the Islamic Education study program.
GOALS
- Producing master-level graduates who have the integrity of the strength of aqidah, spiritual depth, moral excellence, and breadth of knowledge in the field of Islamic Religious Education, and are able to develop, and apply at the level of education units (all types, paths, and levels), especially at the S-1 level.
- To produce Masters in Islamic Education who have the ability to become educators in educational units based on Islamic values.
- To produce Masters in Islamic Education who have broad scientific insights and are able to continue their studies to a higher level, namely the doctoral program (S-3).
