ISLAMIC EDUCATION MANAGEMENT
The Master of Islamic Education Management (S2 MPI) Study Program developed at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang today was originally one of the concentrations of the Islamic Religious Studies Study Program, based on the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 84 of 1999, concerning the Implementation of Postgraduate Study Programs (S2) at the State Islamic College of Malang.
In further development, based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Institutions Number DJ.II/55/2005, the concentration of Islamic Education Management in the Islamic Studies Program was developed into a separate study program with the title M.Pd. and until now it has graduated a dozen batches on time whose average alumni have worked or been accepted in various study institutions, research, consultants and educational units throughout Indonesia.

MISSION
- Fostering prospective scientists to have a strong aqidah and spiritual depth, nobility of character, breadth of knowledge, and professional maturity.
- Educating prospective scientists who have integrity of personality, Islamic values, and professional scientific behavior
- Educating prospective scientists who have the ability to research professionally in the field of Islamic education management.
- Educating prospective scientists with managerial and leadership skills in various positions in the education and non-education sectors.
- Educate prospective scientists to know thoroughly about planning, organizing, financing, supervising, analyzing policies and making decisions for all educational programs and activities.
- Creating an academic atmosphere to produce researchers, developers, consultants, and professional managers who have competitiveness in a global society.
- Organizing education and teaching based on learning and research (master by learning & research)
- Organizing superior education and learning in the theory and practice of Islamic education management in accordance with the demands of the development of science and technology and the needs of society.
- Implement a quality management and ICT-based service system.
- Develop a network of cooperation / partnerships with other institutions both at home and abroad, and the user community of graduates of the Islamic education management study program.
GOALS
- Expanding access to a broader master's degree in Islamic education management to the community.
- Producing graduates in order to provide master experts in Islamic education management to meet the needs of society.
